BUSINESS ANALYST

Saritasa is a fast-paced and exciting environment looking for an independently motivated Business Analyst for a Consulting Sales Support role, working directly with the Sales Team and prospective clients in support of our sales activities.


DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate with potential clients to identify, document and communicate business and technical needs.
  • Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
  • Produce timely and high quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Answer technical AND business questions to clarify requirements for projects and enhancements during the estimation process.
  • Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about the services offered by Saritasa.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years experience as a business analyst, to include: requirements gathering, as-is & to-be gap analysis, use-case development, business process development (the usual stuff).
  • Wide and varied software development experience and knowledge (Mobile, WebSites, Cloud, IoT, legacy client server).
  • Deep software development methodology experience and knowledge (Agile, waterfall +others).
  • Confident, clear and concise communication, written and verbal, both internally at all levels, and externally to clients.
  • Ability to react quickly and think on your feet, demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving, with the ability to elicit and define combined business/technical solutions.
  • Independently motivated, collaborative, possess a strong work ethic, and to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.

Saritasa is a technology solutions company looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to help us reach our aggressive growth goals through outbound lead generation and nurturing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position will have a love for technology, exceptional writing skills, and strong B2B email marketing experience. We want an individual who is detail-oriented, brimming with creative ideas, and possesses the ability to generate qualified leads for our sales team through email marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing all Saritasa email campaigns, and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a clear and concise plan for Saritasa’s email marketing campaigns with a specific focus on lead generation for sales team.
  • Manage various email campaign types including newsletters, welcome series, lead generation and nurturing series, surveys, etc.
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure performance of campaigns.
  • Manage list segmentation based on website visitor behavior, lead status, client stage, and verticals.
  • Develop messaging specific campaigns for segmented lists (i.e. deliver the right message to the right person at the right time).
  • Work with the design team to produce eye-catching emails that adhere to Saritasa’s brand guidelines.
  • Improve list retention, engagement, open rate, and other important KPIs while maintaining CAN-SPAM compliance.


REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent email subject line and creative copywriting skills.
  • B2B email marketing for outbound lead generation experience.
  • Proven ability to generate business growth through email marketing.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation and advanced segmentation.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentation through email.
  • Ability to provide clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to upper level management.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with Zoho, MailChimp, Google Analytics or other equivalent platforms.
